THE COSMOPOLITAN
At Tropic Projects, we take pride in executing each renovation project with a hands-on, personable approach and attention to detail. This particular project involved renovating 3 apartments within the one complex, at the same time, for individual owners. Situated only steps from Surfers Paradise Beach, the views from each apartment were unparalleled!
Mermaid waters Outdoor Entertaining
Our team at Tropic Projects specializes in creating custom living spaces that are both functional and stylish. The Mermaid Waters Outdoor Entertaining is a testament to our ability to bring our clients' visions to life. We transformed this space into a modern, open-concept space that maximizes natural light and provides ample storage with custom cabinetry, custom concrete bench tops, 2 bar fridges and a wine fridge. Also included a one of a kind custom Pizza oven and travertine tiles laid in French pattern. With finishes that are both durable and stylish, this remodel is a true reflection of our commitment to quality craftsmanship.
The Grosvenor
This apartment got a complete overhaul. The original residence was completely stripped out and redone. Removing walls and changing some of the layout. We worked closely with the client and a local designer along with trusted suppliers to deliver a remarkable luxury apartment perched directly above one of the world's most famous beaches. This project was delivered within a prompt timeframe, while still adhering to the rules of the building, and also respecting the other residents within the building.
