Our team at Tropic Projects specializes in creating custom living spaces that are both functional and stylish. We transformed this space into a modern, open-concept space that maximizes natural light and provides ample storage with custom cabinetry, custom concrete bench tops, 2 bar fridges and a wine fridge. Also included a one of a kind custom Pizza oven and travertine tiles laid in French pattern. The Grosvenor
This apartment got a complete overhaul. The original residence was completely stripped out and redone. Removing walls and changing some of the layout. We worked closely with the client and a local designer along with trusted suppliers to deliver a remarkable luxury apartment perched directly above one of the world's most famous beaches. This project was delivered within a prompt timeframe, while still adhering to the rules of the building, and also respecting the other residents within the building.
